A documented academy

Established on 26 August 2010, the Academy maintains a public institutional record designed to remain traceable to its sources.

Its research method gives priority to primary and verifiable sources, identifies intermediary sources where direct examination is unavailable, and distinguishes independently published evidence from WTCA’s own institutional records and assessments.

The result is a record that can be read, checked, cited, corrected and challenged: research papers, reports, terminology, archival documentation, commemorative instruments and the World Turkish Cuisine Institutional Heritage Inventory.
