- The week is maintained by the Turkish Cuisine Movement as an institutional commemoration honoring cooks and chefs whose lives and work form part of the documented culinary record.
- Language used
- Expressions such as legendary, master and doyen are used in their commemorative and professional-historical context.
B · 19–25 May — Atatürk Cuisine Week

Institutional anniversaries
