- The week is maintained by the Turkish Cuisine Movement as an institutional commemoration honoring cooks and chefs whose lives and work form part of the documented culinary record.
- Language used
- Expressions such as legendary, master and doyen are used in their commemorative and professional-historical context.
B · 19–25 May — Atatürk Cuisine Week

- The decision records the adoption and announcement of the dates only. The detailed thematic programme is a later institutional implementation proposal, separate from the decision text.

Institutional anniversaries
