We support and encourage academic research that highlights the true depth of Turkish culinary arts. WTCA does not commercialize its reports, theses, or research for financial gain. Instead, all academic works produced are financed and protected by WTCA in accordance with international copyright laws, ensuring they remain accessible and aligned with our mission.

Our vision is to:

• Promote Turkish culinary culture across the globe, based on accurate historical and cultural foundations.
• Foster love and appreciation for Turkish cuisine by providing truthful, accessible, and meaningful knowledge.
